Each other vs one another

Hello there!

First time poster here. I was wondering whether the construction of this sentence is correct:

I wanted to say this to someone I haven't seen/ heard of for a long time:

'Long time no see! I reckon we wouldn't have recognized each other if we ran into one another in the street'

Is the sentence correct?/ Is there a better way to convey the same message?

PS: I always seem to add 'there' when I say Hello, is this incorrect and does saying 'Hello There' have a different meaning? Thank you!

This sentence is correct..

'Hello, there' is commonly heard. When people say it to me, I usually assume that they can't remember my name.

Therefore I never use it myself. If I can't recall someone's name quickly enough I just say 'Hello''.
