Is this sentence okay?:
We can touch each others hands.
I don't know if it's better than:
We can touch our hands.

The sense should be: I touch her hands and she touches my hands
I believe #1 is better.

#1 is correct for what you want to express.
#2 would suggest that you can touch your own hands

Each other's hands (not each others, nor each others') would be more appropriate.
