I have check with dictionary for the word "easygoing" with the following meanings:
  1. Living without undue worry or concern; calm.
  2. Lax or negligent; careless....etc
Since the aboved meaning 1 and 2 are quite extreme, how should I find the true meaning purely from the writing?

eg. She is happy and easygoing.
eg. He is a kind of easygoing person

Thanks.

In both these sentences, the implied meaning is that nothing bothers the person very much, and that the people in question are not hard to deal with or to get along with.

Hope this helps.
