Is this sentence correct?

Education can give enough knowledge and skills that will be needed for educators to positively contribute to society and to achieve their aims in lives.

Need is a main verb here, so is the use above correct?

The use of needed is correct. Are you basically saying that educators need education?

I was juts trying to say that by gaining enough knowledge, students can be positive members in society.

The use of needed is correct.
How about the whole sentence? Is this correct?

I think I should modify in the following way:

Education can give enough knowledge and skills that will be needed to positively contribute to society and to achieve aims in lives as educators.

I'm confused as to whether you are talking about all students becoming useful members of society or only those students who go on to become educators.

Sorry about that. I meant those students who go on to become educators.

A good education gives students the qualities they need to go on to become good educators.

Give doesn't work well now that you've added can. Replace it with provide and the sentence works.

I'd prefer are needed.

Thank you. The verb "provide" was what I wanted.
A good education can provide knowledge and skills that are needed to make a good society.

Add "the" before "knowledge". You're talking about a specific set of knowledge and skills. I'm sure there are some that don't help to create a good society.
