[Grammar] end channel or channel end

Hello,

I have a doubt which one is correct:

We impose boundary conditions in all the domain except in the two ends channel.
We impose boundary conditions in all the domain except in the two channel ends.

I think is the second one, but I am not sure

I think is the second one, but I am not sure
If you mean the two ends of the channel, then the second is right.
