I would like to know whether is any difference in meaning between the two utterances given below:1) Got a cigarette with you? 2) Got a cigarette on you?

Both mean, Are you carrying any cigarettes with/on you? The second one, 'on', sounds more familiar to me, but that's not to say 'with' isn't as popular.

Others
Got smokes?
Got butts?
Got fags?
