2.HANDY.
3.CELLULAR PHONE.

I think "cell phone" is used the most often in the USA.

I remember hearing many people in the UK just say "mobile"; it's quicker! :)

Very true, Shane! You might hear "cell-phone" once or twice, but "Mobile" is the standard.

To the best of my memory, that seems to be the breakdown: "cell phone" in the USA and "mobile" in the UK. (They had a discussion about that on the Dictionary.com Forum about that awhile back.)
