"Charlie, stay there (home), and leave us alone."

"See how the Astors, and their friends, own this area for more than 10 years."

Hello! I'm interested to know if the comma before "and" in the first phrase, and the commas from the second phrase are placed correctly.
English is not my first language.
Thanks in advance for an answer!

I would eliminate all three commas. In addition, the second sentence is unclear. How does someone "see how someone owns an area"?

You would keep the comma after "Charlie," right?

Right. I would lose the other 3.

In the context of the second phrase I gave a link to a youtube video, below. It was like an indication. My only mistake was the comma before the "and" in the first phrase. I just checked again and in the second phrase I didn't put the commas... thank God!
Thanks a lot for your answers, guys!
