Hello! I'm interested to know if the comma before "and" in the first phrase, and the commas from the second phrase are placed correctly.
English is not my first language.

I would eliminate all three commas. In addition, the second sentence is unclear. How does someone "see how someone owns an area"?

In the context of the second phrase I gave a link to a youtube video, below. It was like an indication. My only mistake was the comma before the "and" in the first phrase. I just checked again and in the second phrase I didn't put the commas... thank God!
