Please help me; which is correct to say...

You were very enthusiastic about discussing the books you read with me.

or

You were very enthusing about discussing the books you read with me.

(I am not sure If there is a word as enthusiastic)

and I have also another question ...

discussing with me the books you read

or

discussing the books you read with me.

Do you think If one says... discussing the books you read with me....
means we read the book together / the book we read together or not?

or

You were very enthused about discussing the books you read with me. (verb)

You were very enthusiastic about the books. (adjective)

(I am not sure If there is a word as enthusiastic) Yes there is. It is an adjective.

and I have also another question ...

discussing with me the books you read

or

discussing the books you read with me.

They don't mean the same thing.

Use: discussing the books you read with me. (This discribes the books that were read together.)

discussing with me the books you read (means that you will discuss the bookks HE read with him)
