It's grammatical, but nonsensical. You are correct that it should be 'drinking' habits, not 'drinkable'.

There are multiple errors throughout that source text.

(about errors) Thanks for pointing it out. I was looking through a book in the hope to find some exercises I could rely on (i.e. not having mistakes, at least, not many :)) and almost immediately stumbled upon this sentence. Not reading the rest of the text, I googled 'drinkable habits' (just in case, to ensure that my suspicion is not baseless) and found that website with the same text I gave the link to. :-D
