"Who killed Channing Day? David Cameron was responsible for her being in Afghanistan when he had the power to end the pointless war in which she lost her life. At the current rate, more than 100 British soldiers will die before the end of 2014 -- the supposed exit date for the British army. The blood of every one of them will be on the hands of David Cameron."

More: Who killed Channing Day - the third woman in the British army to die in Afghanistan?

Is there a difference in the meaning between closed compound everyone and open compound every one? In The Free Dictionary it says that the open compound every one includes each person without exception.
everyone
every one

The link you provided says: each person or thing in a group, without exception every one of the large cats is a fast runner.

That is correct.

There is another way to stress that. You will sometimes hear/read "each and every one". IMO, more useful for speech (in relation to the "everyone" vs "every one" distinction) than in writing, though.
