Please would you take a look at these two sentences and correct my mistakes.

1. Everybody has a dream which does not leave them in peace.
2. Everybody has a pain which follows them faithfully.

I am wondering if someone would correct my mistakes, or tell me if these two sentences are all right.

There are no grammatical mistakes.

I don't get how a pain can follow you faithfully. A dog will do that.

Thank you for your answer. This was more symbolically. I wanted to say that people can move to other countries, but still they will carry a pain with them, which will never leave them alone.
