What does it mean?

Example:

'Everything is everything on this end, just working'

To me it doesnt mean anything - a sentence like Everything is ok on this end - makes sense. It means that from my position there are no problems.

I think this statement is used by people who mean something is working out fine, or something is okay. I don't think it means anything else but "ok"
