exact unknown number

How can I say an aproximate number when I don't know the exact amount?

Example:

There were one hundred 'and something' people in the gig...

You can say that or 'about\around a hundred', 'a hundred or so', etc.;-)

Can I say a hundred 'and steak' or something ressembling this expression? I think i've heard something like that but don't know exactly how it's spelled.
