I would like to share my experience/s since I embraced X religion.

The speaker wants to relate the benefits he has got since embracing X religion.

Should he use 'experience' or 'experiences'?

Thanks in advance.

In this case I would use "experiences".

By contrast, I would use 'experience', but it depends on intended sense. Compare:

I would like to share my experience since I embraced Buddhism.

I would like to share my experiences since I embraced Buddhism.

In 1st sentence you are talking about what has happened to you in general, your overall experience, eg how it has transformed you

In 2nd sentence you are talking about individual events, things that have happened to you.
