This expressions I don't find in the dictionary, can you, please, to orient me where would find them?

1) "Thank you. That was very nice."
2) "Thank you" but could also be used ironically.
3) "How nice/kind" (I think "That was very thoughtful of you" is "Fue muy considerado por tu parte")
4) I don't know how else to explain this one, but "Do you mind if I smoke?" is "¿Te importa si fumo?"
5) "Thank you very much"
