The Attorney-General's Chambers yesterday said that it will put before the court Mr Li Shengwu's reply regarding his Facebook's post, which was flagged as being in contempt of court.

Is the comma, which I have inserted after post, needed?

The comma is required. The possessive is wrong, though. It should be Facebook post.
