Hi,
I'm wondering what to interpret 'Farmer Assurance Provision'.
Does this mean a provision that assures farmers that it's safe to grow genetically engineered seeds, in other words, it means that that provision keeps farmers safe from claims by consumers who are telling that genetically engineered seeds are not good for heath?
