[I am not a teacher]
Hi, have you tried searching for older threads?
These looked good to me:
Fast/Quick
Fast and quick
Seems to me that many people ask this, and the others keep saying that we need context. In some situations, native speakers will use fast. In others, they'll tend to go for "quick." There might be some regional differences, too.
You know, I think you'll have a good chance to get a great answer if you try to make a couple of sentences using "fast" and "quick." This way we have something to work with.
