I have tried to use "fast talker" in my sentence. Would you please correct the mistakes in my sentences.

Anna's first impression of Bob was he was a fast talker. Her inner voice warned her to be wary of him and not to invest emotionally into him.

See above. We "invest in something", not "into". I would probably change the word order to "... and not to invest in him emotionally".

'Fast talker' can also be used in a literal sense to describe somebody who simply speaks rapidly. In that case, it doesn't carry that connotation of trickery and glibness, so it wouldn't necessarily mean you should be wary of emotional investment.

I agree with Skrej. In the context you've given us it would be common to use "smooth talker", which often implies the insincerity that Anna seems to be wary of.

An example for "fast talker", without the negative connotation: "She's outgoing, quick-witted, and a fast talker who's unafraid to speak her mind".
However, context is always important and a fast talking car salesman, for example, might put you on your guard.
