sentiment= one of our feelings. I can be tender, romantic, or nostalgic. It is also a personal belief or judgment that is not founded on proof or certainty.

Sentiment often applies to a thought or opinion arising from or influenced by emotion: We expressed our sentiments about the government's policies

feelings=emotional or moral sensitivity in general.
