I've got a question. Which is correct?

We arrange a vast sale for 50% from the cost of the goods....

or...

...sale with 50% from the cost of the goods

Thanx

We have organised a massive sale with prices as low as 50% of cost price.;-)

As I understand the variant that I offered sounds like so called "NON-ENGLISH"? Is that right? How does that expression sound to the native speaker's ear?

I hope someday I'll learn how to make expressions more natural-sounding to native speakers. But how...  :D

Anyway, thank you for your support :* :D

PS: Am I succeeding in "naturalizing" (looking at the sentences above)? :?
