Hello,

I am terrible with poetry and I need help analyzing the poem "Fire Warning" by James Richardson. I truly have no clue.

Hello Kimwake68, and welcome to the forum.

We do not do homework for students.

I've had a look at that "poem", and it does seem a bit difficult to figure out, but that's typical of most poems. You have to look for clues in the words. Also, you can use ambiguity in poetry to your own advantage-- you can formulate your own interpretation/analysis based on the content.

Talk to your own teacher first, and after you get feedback from her/him, you're welcome to post that here and ask for help if necessary.
