2. The first and the second roads are blocked.
3. The first and second roads are blocked.

Hi there,
Are the following sentences correct?

1. The first road and the second road are blocked. Grammatically correct but unnecessarily wordy.

2. The first and the second roads are blocked. Again, it's OK but unnecessary use of the second "the".

3. The first and second roads are blocked. Perfect.
