whıch one ıs correct?

I've got flu
or
I've got the flu.

This is confusing because we say... I've got a cold!

ok.both of them are correct.if so,is there a difference between them?

Not really. If you are an isolated case, then you would be more likely to say, I've got flu. However, there are various strains of flu, and there can be an outbreak of one or another in a country or region. Then, one is more likely to say, "I've got the flu (that's going around)."
