All things counter, original, spare, strange,
Whatever is fickle, freckled (who knows how?)
With swift, slow; sweet, sour; a dazzle, dim.
He fathers-forth whose beauty is past change;

fold, vb. to bend or close (a flexible thing) over upon itself. EX: The lands folds here and there (i.e., The land bends over upon itself).
