1. ) ok soldier here is the war strategy, we put the A at the front and then followed or is followed by B

2. ) i love your show, especially when your shirt torn / is torn

which 1 is right ? could u give me the grammatical explanation to me please and give me an example that using that idea thx a lot in advance

1 Strange sentence, but 'followed' works better. 'Is followed' would need a subject.
2 'Is torn' because we have 'your shirt' as the subject.
