Can both "for me" and "to me" be used in these sentences? Is there a general rule when to use one or the other?

1 To/For me, mangos are yummier than papayas.
2 To/For me, taxis are more comfortable than jeepneys.
3 Ronny is a good friend to/for me.
4 To/For me, the President is better than the media suggest.
5 No one knows what the future brings to/for me.
6 This is an interesting topic for/to me.

Yes, but some of them would have different meanings.
In 1 and 2, they clearly mean "in my opinion". I never use "For me" there; that might be an AusE thing.
3. "Ronny is a good friend to/for me." This is ambiguous. If he is a criminal, he may still be good to you, without necessarily being a good friend for you to have.
4. This is similar to 3. Do you mean "in my opinion"? Or do you mean similarly to 3? "The President is better to/for me than the media suggest."
5 No one knows what the future will bring to/for me. Use either.
6. Use either.

For me, those are the answers.

No, they both have different meanings.

"You are so good to me" does not mean "In my opinion, you are good."
