The Below phrase sounds nonsense for me, what forgiving in this phrase means?

Could any native speaker explain to me what the whole phrase conveys?


"This is referred as precise talking and forgiving listening."

Is the word "precise" adjective of "talking?"

I don't understand the sentence either though "precise talking" and "forgiving listening" might be some new psychobabble terminology. There was either a word missing in the original or it has been omitted by the OP - it should read "... referred to​ as ..."

Yes, as I said someone has missed out the word "to".
