Formal letter to an Embassy

Dear Teacher

I usually like to be polite, perfect in my writing and to the point.
I must send it a letter to an embassy saying that so & so persons holiding this letter
are to be granted a visit visa for the purchase we are to make from some the welknown
companies further discussion. I must add that the persons traveling have a invitation letter
from the supplier (welknown company)
