- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with one appropriate punctuation mark.

We do not write letters for people. You need to write your own letter. If you do that and post it to our Letter Writing sub-forum, we'll do our best to help you with it. By the way, I don't understand what you mean by "a training."
