Here is my raw letter, plz help me to correct and modify it so that my boss can fully understand what I want to tell him.

"Dear sir,
It has been a long time since our first meeting. As your suggestion, I had worked for ABC project for about 6 month as a member of EF team. That's was a great pleasure for me to working here and I gained a great deal of experience with this role.
Now the project is almost closed, so I think it comes to the time we disscuss about my next role in our company. As I already told you before,my goal is to working in a more tecnical environment and the role of integration engineer should suit me more..

I believe it is more appropriate to write: "Since I have already told you..." instead of saying "As I already told you..."

It is more eloquent and really appeals to the person that is reading. The Present Perfect, as well as the Passive Voice, are the most formal ways to express respect and politeness.

I wish you the best...
