I need your help please!

Are these sentences correct:

1-This letter is to inform you of the bulk sale of WCY from 30 June 2010.
=> Is "bulk sale" correct? Would it be better to use "tranfer of goodwill of WCY"?

2- The name of the group is New Way. Which is correct: "the New Way group or "the group NEW WAY"?

3- which is correct: the summer 2010 or the 2010 summer?

4- which is correct: the winter 2010 production or the 2010 winter productio?

Since I don't know the difference between a "bulk sale" and "transfer of goodwill", I cannot answer your question. A bulk sale usually (In the US) means everthing is sold as a unit.
2- The name of the group is New Way. Which is correct: "the New Way group or "the group NEW WAY"?
Unless the real name is, "The New Way Group", I would opt for "New Way".
3- which is correct: the summer 2010 or the 2010 summer?
The summer of 2010
4- which is correct: the winter 2010 production or the 2010 winter productio?

I think all these questions have but one answer which is to locate the nouns which are being qualified by which adjectives.Normally,adjectives come before the nouns they qualify(pre-modification)..eg BLUE shirt,HOUSE fly etc.However,sometimes the adjectives come after the words they qualify(post-modification)..eg the shirt is BLUE,the house is DIRTY etc.Note:when post-modifying,the the appropriate form of the verb BE is required('is',as used above)
SALE IS A NOUN...BULK is an adjective...BULK SALE(RIGHT)...GROUP(as used here) is a noun...new way is an adjectival phrase...NEW WAY GROUP(RIGHT)
2010 and SUMMER are both nouns when separated as different words but when used together,the former becomes a nominal adjective while the latter does not change...therefore,2010 SUMMER should be correct.More so,since summer comes every year,it is important to tell which one and any word which does this is an adjective.
Same goes for 2010 WINTER PRODUCTION
