Hello,

Is correct to say:

Classes are free for people who swim five times a month.

Thanks

It sounds OK to me. I assume this is some kind of offer being made by a leisure centre or a gym.

Is there any difference in meaning if we use the preposition "to" instead:

Classes are free to people who swim five times a month.

Thank you

There's no difference.
