Ted and Allegra are teleported into a game which is designed by Allegra. Ted said these words to Allegra after deciding to kill waiter who working at some Chinese restaurant:

Ted: Free will is obviously not a big factor in this little world of ours.

Allegra: It's like real life. There's just enough to make it interesting.

What is the meaning of big factor?

What a fun movie!

You didn't look it up, did you? Bad Kingston!

"Factor" isn't usually a math word. It's an element, something to consider, something to take into account, something that will affect an outcome.

- For a happy family, the most important factor is love.
- There were too many unknown factors for us to predict where it would land.
- We thought we'd win, but we didn't factor in the other team's new goalie. (Notice that "factor in" is a verb phrase there.)

Now go look up:

- fact
- factory
- manufacture
