The future progressive can be used in a number of ways:

1) For an action that will be in progress at a certain time:
Exam 2-4pm
At 2pm I will start.
At 2.30 I will be doing the exam.
Bt 4.15 I will have finished

2) For an action that will happen in the normal course of events:
I'll be speaking to her tomorrw. (This will happen anyway)

3) For assumptions about a present action:
Don't ring her now- she'll be having dinner. (I know what time she eats)

I think you are asking about the 'future progressive' or 'future continuous' which are both the same.

You are talking about an action that will happen in the future. Any time after -now-.

'I will be waiting' and 'I will be eating' can be used as stand alone answers to questions.

'I will see you tomorrow morning.' 'I will be waiting [for you]'

'What will you be doing at 7.00 am tomorrow?' 'I will be eating [my breakfast].'

'I will be seeing' would rarely, if ever, be seen standing alone. 'I will be seeing [what?]' 'I will be seeing my parents tomorrow.'
