future perfect

I understand future perfect like that:

The Engineer tell me the house will have finished next year but it has finished before half year

do you think future perfect right?


also explain that to me future perfect continuous ( I am not understand that)

Please give me more example and easy

The future perfect:

For things completed by a certain time in the future-
I will have finished my project by the end of the month.

Future perfect continuous:
For things that will have reached a certain stage by a time in the future, but will still be in progress-
Next week, we will have been going out with other for a year.
