Which of these is grammatically correct?

Someday, you will be thankful for what I do.

Someday, you will be thankful for what I did.

I am trying to express the idea that in the future, they will be thankful for what I am doing now.

Thanks for the help!

Use this then:

Someday, they will be thankful for what I am doing now. :)
