People are talking about a bachelorette party they once made. It had dildos and sex toys and strippers. One of girls says "Mary was G". Their friend added " She looked like one of those Shoebox greeting cards, the, the lady with the curlers and the rove"

I can't undertand the meaning of G here.

please, try to say the possible meanings of it? I need any suggestions.

They said also at the end that the party had a bunch of strippers and "MAry" came out as the grand finale stripper.
