What do you call the stove that uses a gas can and can be taken outside to cook something

In the UK the most usual term would be a portable gas cooker. That doesn't mean the other terms are wrong though.

In the US, we use grills to cook food outdoors.

They run on propane gas OR you use charcoal. Some large ones use wood.

It's called a BBQ (bar-be-que)

Hot dogs, Hamburgers, Steaks!!!
