gerund or infinitive can be used?

for example:

infinitive: She plans to watch TV.

but can i change into gerund? like.. "she plans watching TV"?

Do gerunds only have their special own words?how can i get the list?please explain it in details..thank you.

A gerund is simply the "ing" form of a verb used as a noun.

Try:
She plans to keep watching TV.
:)
