1.Give me the hot food. 2.Give me the food hot. Do the two sentences above carry the same meanings, if not then what is the difference between the two? are the two sentence above grammatically correct or wrong? please explain it in more detail.

Not exactly. The first one means "Give me that food which is already hot". The second means "I want that food served hot".
