What is the right preposition with the adjective glad?
" I am so glad for your last letter"
I would use " glad about/ or" , but I found "glad for" on the internet too.
Thank you !

"glad for" doesn't sound natural to me.

You can be glad for someone when you are happy that something nice has happened to them. However, in your context, I would say something like "I was glad to receive your last letter" or "Receiving your last letter made me very glad". In both those case, "happy" sounds a little more natural but there's nothing wrong with "glad".

Please note the amendments I made to your post, marked in red above. Don't put a space after your opening quotation marks. Don't put a space before a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
