Good morning , professor. I would like to ask about the most reliable reference for British idioms , proverbs , collocations and phrasal verbs. Thanks a lot.

The Oxford English Dictionary, Merriam-Webster and The American Heritage Dictionary may have the most authority, but any reliable publisher can do those.
