I had a chance to read a joke (Link is below). Though I got the meaning and enjoyed :-D .
Optimism vs. Pessimism - ** JOKES!! ** - tribe.net
But i couldn't grab the sentence "There's got to be a pony in here somewhere!", especially i couldn't get the use of "got to be" in this sentence....
Please help me out! and explain that in what capacity/position the word "got" or "got to" has been used here.
