“In honour of Life Time Contributions in Plant Pathology”

Why are you capitalizing so many words?

It appears to be a title - in which case 'Honour' should also be capitalised.

'Lifetime' is one word.

Note the correct spelling of 'grammatical' and 'clarification'. We teachers make every effort to set good examples for students to follow.

In titles and newspaper headlines the rules of grammar are suspended in favour of brevity, so no - it is not grammatically correct.
