gramma questions

I got a question. Here's the statement:if i want to ask my classmate to have lunch after class. Then my question is eiter i should say:
go eat lunch,
or let's go and have lunch..
which way is more corret?
eventhough i know the first one seems to have gramma mistake, i heard that from lots of people..
