with reference to my yesterday's question I want to make it more trasperant i.e Can apostrophe be used after Pronoun 'I' like I's repenting instead of I was repenting.

May I offer a couple of corrections?
With reference to the question I asked yesterday, I want to make it more clear. Can an apostrophe be used after the pronoun "I" to make "I was" "I's"?
As TDOL pointed out, neither was nor were is ever used in a contraction. You have to write it out: "I was".
