Hello!
Please, could you tell me the correct way to say:
My family is composed of or by four persons:my mother, my father, my sister and I.

Can I use composed by or composed of or both?
Can I use persons and people?

You could say "composed of" (not "by") or "consists of" or "includes". But I would prefer to say "There are four persons in my family". You could use "people" but I think "persons" is more personal.
